Vineyard
Located in the middle of a forest, this vineyard grows in harmony with nature. By respecting the ecological balance we are able to reduce human intervention and the use of non-natural elements.
This is the oldest vineyard with the longest history among the others.
Method
Soil composition: sandy
Climate: South Mediterranean, temperate, infuences of the river Tejo
Vinification: Manual harvesting. pressing and natural settling. Barrel fermented in new french oak barrels 300 liters barrel followed by 12 months on fine lees.
