Vineyard
Located in the hearth of the forest, this vineyard flourishes in harmony with nature. Respecting the ecological environment, we were able to minimize human intervention and the use of non-natural tools. This vineyard, being the oldest one, is the one with most history in the company.
This is a wine that expresses the most the terroir from where it originates, and symbolizes what nature offers us.

Temperate southern-Mediterranean, influenced by Tejo river.
Vinification
Manual harvest followed by the pressing and static clarification processes. Fermentation in 2nd year new French Oak barrels, 300 liter capacity. Stage of 12 months on the fine lees.
