Winemaking
Harvest was manual for boxes of 20 kg of a selection of bunches and berries in the cellar. The grapes were stalked without being crushed and fermented in a stainless steel tank at 25ºC. Part of the lot staged for 9 months in oak barrels over a 6-month bottle
