Vineyards
The property is surrounded by trees and the vines are north-south oriented, at the top of the hill, facing south, 60 meters above the Sado river's valley. The days are hot and the nights are cold.
Soil
Open clay with high levels of calcium and silica.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested and selected manually. Joint fermentation of all the castes in French oak vats. Staging in stainless steel vats with a very light batonnage every 15 days until the bottling.
