Vineyards
Vines planted in slaty and silky-loam soils, close to the city of Estremoz, Alentejo. The continental Mediterranean climate has as main characteristic the thermic amplitude that ranges between hot days and cold nights on the grape maturation period.
Vinification
Manual harvest at the end of August, pellicular maceration in a cold environment for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless-steel at a controlled temperature of 14º to 16ºC.
