O APELIDO conveys the origin and it's important to the establishment of identity, but each one has its own identity and the opportunity to create a different path.

Vineyards
Vines planted in slaty and silky-loam soils, close to the city of Estremoz, Alentejo. The continental Mediterranean climate has as main characteristic the thermic amplitude that ranges between hot days and cold nights on the grape maturation period.

Vinification
Manual harvest in the end of September, long maceration with stainless-steel fermantation. Bottled 10 months after the harvest, with the aim of keeping all its youth.
