Arenae Ramisco Red 2009 Red
Climate
Strong Atlantic influence, with summers of moderate temperatures, strong and salty winds. The presence of the Serra de Sintra, in the South, leads to the formation of fog and the maintenance of high relative humidity.
Winemaking
Harvest in early October. This wine comes from a careful vinification by the classic "tanning" process, with 50% destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (26 ° -28 ° C) and careful reassembly. The process of interning took place over 5 years, first passing the wine by large casks of exotic woods, followed by small oak barrels, and finally the storage stage and bottle. Bottled in December 2017.
