Boina 2017 Rosé
Vineyards
Extreme Southeast of Douro Superior in a transition zone between schist and granite at 650m of altitude, with Northern exposure.
Vinification and Aging
Grapes were carefully selected in the vineyards and harvested by hand. They were completely destemmed and crushed. Very gentle pressing (Only free run juice). Clarification lasted 3 days. Fermented in stainless steel vats at 15°C. Stage for about 5 months in stainless steel vats, with 3 months of lees stirring.
