Vinification
Grapes were fully destemmed. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation and the aging occurred in new barrels for about 13 months.

Tasting Notes: Menthol, cassis and black plum notes, harmonised with elegant toasted and spicy nuances. In the mouth it is structured and profound wine, with soft tannins. Presents a very long and persistent ending. |
