Vinification
Grapes were fully destemmed. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation and the aging occurred in new barrels for about 13 months.

Menthol, cassis and black plum notes, harmonised with elegant toasted and spicy nuances. In the mouth it is structured and profound wine, with soft tannins. Presents a very long and persistent ending. |
