Caminhos Cruzados Family Edition 2015 (Magnum) White
These wines meant to celebrate the best moments of 2017 - the year of its bottling - a remarkable year both personally and professionally for the Caminhos Cruzados' family. A blend made with the region's best grapes was created, and it was bottled exclusively in 1,5L bottles. It is intended for full tables and great moments.
Vinification
Manual harvest in boxes of 15kg. Manual selection of the grapes. After destemming and crushing, the grape must was sent to a pneumatic press, after which was subjected to cold static decanting for 48 hours for clarification. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, and staged for 9 months in used french oak barrels. Bottled in September 2017.
