Tasting | |
After 12 months in used barrels, this wine acquired the character and the aromatic depth we are looking for. Notes from nuts and nutmeg, well integrated with aromas fruit primers and light touches of giesta in bloom.
In the mouth shows the characteristic freshness of granite vines with a lot of minerality, to which are tied muscled tannins from our shale vineyards.
