Fermentation in stainless steel at 13 / 14ºC for 20 days, proceeded from stage on fine lees and batonage for 6 months.
Wine Year
Year of high birth, with dry climate in the flowering period, which resulted in good yields. All the period of growth until the harvest, marked by extreme drought that affected the photosynthetic activity of the vines and with consequent stops of maturation.
The result at harvest was very small berries, which resulted in concentrated and aromatic whites and structured reds and deep color.
