The grapes fermented separately, being sent to “Vinimatics”, were it stays 4 hours, in slow rotation, to obtain a smooth colour extraction. After this period the alcoholic fermentation occurs in inox deposits. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, were stays 12 months until “degorgement”.
