Couquinho Superior 2016 White
Winemaking:
The grapes were handpicked in the ideal ripeness in order to obtain the best polyphenol and aroma concentrations. After gentle crushing and total de-stemming, they were fermented in stainless steel vats that allow the quality components present in the skins of the ripe grapes to pass gently into the wine through light pump-overs and prolonged macerations.
