To produce a wine that would express all the beauty and potential of the old vines from where they came from. A wine that would hold a modern profile to represent the skills of the Portuguese enology and be a perfect match to the new Portuguese gastronomy, both ready to conquer the world. These are the principals that support this wine, which as its name states, proves that there is more than one way to the production of a wine. It represents, no more and no less than the best of what we can do, in an extraordinary harvest, with exceptional prime matter.

Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel tank at 30ºC with peculiar maceration pre and post fermentation. Stage in French and American oak barrels for 24 months.
