A traditional selection of the Douro region, after which the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca varieties were carefully selected from the best parcels of our new vineyards from our farms Baixo Corgo and Cima Corgo.
ENOLOGY
After manual harvesting of the bunches in individual 25kg boxes, the grapes were stalked and gently crushed, following the must for stainless steel vats where it was fermented at a controlled temperature (26ºC - 28ºC). There followed a 6-month stage in French and American oak barrels.

In the mouth is a wine with balanced acidity and volume, supported by firm tannins of good intensity that give it an elegant and persistent finish. | |
