Winemaking:
Vines subject to previous weaving of bunches giving a total production of 4.5 tons per hectare. Manual harvest for 15 kg boxes with first selection of grapes. Total destemming with slight crushing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel wineries at controlled temperature and 18 months in French oak barrels.
