Late Harvest 2013 White
Wine History:
This wine is born of boldness and daring of a house that had launched in 2008 a Late Harvest highly successful and very well received by audiences and critics.Boldness because we do not just repeat the formula that had led to past success and daring by choosing a less experienced grape variety in these wanderings, Arinto.
Vinification and aging:
Harvested in November 2013 when the grapes were affected by "noble rot", these were carefully transported to the winery, pressed and the obtained must fermented and aged six months in French oak barrels.
