Limited Edition Marsanne & Roussanne 2015 White

This limited edition composed by Marsanne and Roussanne started from the desire to mark the difference; Of being unique. This is the philosophy of Quinta do Pinto. For this reason, the existence of such distinctive and unusual grape varieties in Portuguese territory. The Limited editions represent, as the name implies, exclusivity. This is because they exist because of wills and conditions that come together that may never occur. It is an odd and iconic wine that mirrors the result of a campaign of excellence. To be produced, it was based on the ideology of minimum intervention, both in the vineyard as in the cellar. It is certainly a good example that wine is made in the vineyard.

Geology
Clay-limestone soil, originally from the Jurassic period, with clayey and loamy texture. Soft slopes with southern exposure.

Viticulture Method
Integrated Production.

Vinification
Rigorous soil management and weeds. System of conduction in a unilateral cord, with careful maintenance of the vegetation, betting on high hedges, to enhance the aromatic profile. In the wine cellar, it results from the fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a stage of 9 months in French oak barrels with third use.
