Concept
Mariposa wines are made in a natural way, preserving to the maximum the natural aromas of the grape varieties and the natural acidity
Of the region's grapes. They are intended light and fresh, to consume young people but, being Dão, will have a good evolution in bottle.

The fermentation is slow, under controlled temperature, and the made by footsteps. This wine is aged 1 year in used French oak barrels of 225 and 500L.
