Single vineyard surrounded by trees. Plantation North-South on a hilltop facing South, 60 m above the Sado river valley. Days are hot, nights are cool. The soil’s Ph is around 7.5.
Production
Fermentation in oak vats keeping a temperature of 12º. Batonnage every 2 weeks.
