Vinification
Two days of cold maceration to enrich the aromas, followed by a six day fermentation process at 24ºC with delestage to facilitate the extraction of the colour and tannins that contribute to the body and volume in the mouth. Stage for about 18 months after malolactic fermentation in American and French oak barrels.
