Vinification and aging:
After 2 days of cold maceration to enhance flavor, the wine fermented for 8 days at 24° C with "delestage" to facilitate the extraction of color and tannins that contribute to the body and volume in the mouth.
The wine after malolactic fermentation aged 24 months in new barrels of French and American oak.
