Grape varieties
A traditional selection of the Douro region, with a careful selection of the Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca varieties from the older vines with a better exposure of our farms.
Enology
After manual harvesting of the bunches in individual boxes of 25 kg, the grapes were stalked and gently crushed, following the must for stainless steel vats where it was fermented at the controlled temperature (26 ° C - 28 ° C). A 12-month stage was followed in French oak barrels.
