Complete de-stalking, gente crushandautomatedpressing. Decanted must at low temperatures. Thefermentationof one part (Arintoand FernãoPires) occurs in stainless steel in a chill room for 20 days. The rest (AntãoVaz) is fermented in French oak barrels. Maturation in barrel for 4 months.
