Climate
Mediterranean with some continentality. Cold winters with concentrated rainfall between October and February (annual average rainfall around 700mm) and very hot summers.
Winemaking
After careful selection of the grapes in the vine, they were harvested before the beginning of the harvest for small boxes, immediately transported to the cellar and cooled to 10ºC of temperature. The wort was placed in a refrigerator in a stainless steel tank, where it was fermented for 15 to 20 days at 14ºC. The base wine was bottled after 6 months, where the second fermentation occurred in the bottle and remained about 24 months until the "degórgement".
