Shale soils of average productive potential with marked slope.
Climate
Mediterranean with some continentality. Cold winters with concentrated rainfall between October and February (annual average rainfall around 700mm) and very hot summers.
Winemaking
The grapes were harvested for small boxes, immediately transported to the cellar and cooled to 15ºC temperature. Then they were stripped and slightly crushed into a French oak boat. The fermentation took place during 8 days, at 26ºC of temperature, with 4 or 5 reassemblies daily during 15 minutes each. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine was placed in barrels of 225 lts, of French oak where it staged during 20 months. After that, he spent 8 months in the bottle.
