Castes
Using an integrated process method, this wine originates from the best grapes from the typical castes of this region: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Sousão.
Vinification
Manual harvest, when the grapes are at its ideal ripeness, at a thriving period, resulting in a more concentrated aromas. The vinification is made in stainless steel casks, allowing a suble transition of the quality and components of the ripe grape's skin into the wine, with reassemply and long macerations.
Stage
The wine stages in French oak casks, new and of second year, for 12 months, after a malolactic fermentation process.
