Castes
Using an integrated process method, this wine originates from the best castes of Touriga Nacional.
Vinification
Manual harvest, when the grapes are at its ideal ripeness, at a thriving period, resulting in a more concentrated aromas. The grapes are trodden by feet in mills and then transfered to stainless steel casks, where they ferment allowing a suble transition of the quality and components of the ripe grape's skin into the wine, with reassemply and long macerations.
Stage
The wine stages in 400 liter French oak casks, new and of second year, for 12 months, after a malolactic fermentation process.
