Viticulture
Organic production with a single plot managemement winegrowing work.
Soil
Lime and clay from the superior jurassic period. Twenty hectares with different expositions and slopes.
Climate
Mediterranean microclimate with an Atlantic influence. Cold nights even during summer, max. temperatures of 31ºC, 675 mm average rainfall and a permanent blowing wind.
Vinification
Handmade harvest, with manual sorting. Desteming with no crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel temperature controlled vats. Stage for 5 months in stainless steel vats.
Tasting Notes
Made from organically grown grapes, this is a ripe wine, very balanced and integrated. It conveys yellow fruits along with tangerine and juicy pear. R.V. Wine Enthusiast
