Quinta do Pinto Arinto 2016 White
In this terroir, the Arinto expresses all the aromatic potential characteristic of the caste. To its own qualities, this wine also adds an unique creaminess, recognized in the Quinta do Pinto's white wines. This wine combines in perfection, a rich aroma to a distinct and irreverent palate.
Geology
Clay-limestone soil, originally from the Jurassic period, with clayey and loamy texture. Soft slopes with southern exposure.

Integrated Production.
Vinification
Careful vegetation management to optimize the aromatic potential of the grapes. Manual harvest and subsequent selection of the best quality bunches. Soft pressing at low pressure, followed by cold static decanting. Fermentation in cement vats with wild yeasts.
