Quinta do Pinto Marsanne & Roussanne 2016 White
This limited edition produced with Marsanne and Roussanne came from the willingness to make a difference and be unique. This is Quinta do Pinto's philosophy. For this reason you can find different and unusual grape varieties in Portuguese territory. This is an iconic and unique wine that mirrors the result of a campaign of excellence. It was produced based on the ideology of minimum intervention, both in the winery and vineyards. It is certainly a good example of an excellent made in the vineyard wine.
Geology
Clay-limestone soil, originally from the Jurassic period, with clayey and loamy texture. Soft slopes with southern exposure.
Viticulture Method
Integrated Production.
Vinification
Rigorous soil management and weeds. Fermentation with wild yeasts and staging for about 9 months in used (2nd and 3th year) French oak barrels.
