This wine expresses in its essence the freshness, minerality and acidity characteristic of the wines of this region, as well as the the main attributes of the Arinto grape variety, both in the aroma and in the mouth.
Vineyard
Selection of the best Arinto grapes from 'Vinha da Gafa', next to the Sanguinhal, a vineyard with southeast exposure and claylimestone soil.
Climate
Atlantic, influenced by the mesoclimate of the Serra do Montejunto.
Vinification
Manual Harvest for boxes of 10kg, with total destemming, soft pressing, fermentation at 12°-13°C during 15 days.
