Vinification
Fully healthy grapes, red and white, were harvested between the 6th and 10th September 2016 and put whole together in a “lagar” where they were foot treaded.

Vegetal and earthy flavours, with vibrant gooseberry and blueberry notes and slightly smoky flavour. Very delicate and fruity texture at the entering, then spicy tannins reveal itself. Long, dry e sophisticated finishing. |
