Winemaking
Dehydrated and crushed grapes. Wine fermented with indigenous yeasts in very old barrels of French oak. Later it staged in its fine lees until June of 2012 when it was transferred to clean and bottled according to the Classic Method Champagne. Stamped in bottle 66 months before being cremated and packed in November 2017
