Wine making
Late manual harvest, selecting the clustters of the 7 best harvests of the Alicante Bouschet. The harvest produce very little, resulting in hightly concentrated wines. After prolonged maceration the wine staged in new vats for 30 months, creating an AB with a very recognized style, so typical of the Alto Alentejo. 1850 bottles were produced.
