Terroir
The vineyards, planted in the Terras de Azurara sub-region, enjoy a typical Mediterranean climate, in granite soils. The vineyard was generous, with a density of 3500 to 4000 feet per hectare, provided 5 tons of grapes per hectare.
Winemaking
Pruning: Double string, simple cord and guyot. Vinification and Stage: Winemaking is classic in winery with soft skin maceration. The fermentation is controlled until the 26th for 8 days. The stage is made in French oak barrels for 12 months
