Winemaking
Dehydrated and crushed grapes. Wine fermented with indigenous yeasts in a small vat of 2,000 liters. It aged for 23 months in old French oak barrels. It was bottled on 8 September 2016 in 1050 bottles (75 cl) and 166 magnums (1.5L).
