Terra D'Alter Viognier 2016 White
Handpicked from vines grown on the granite soil of Antes vineyard in Alto Alentejo, the grape juice was cold handled and placed in contact with skin. The juice underwent controlled fermentation in stainless steel at 10°-12°C) for 20 days. The resulting wine is medium bodied with a taught acid spine, finishing long with ripe fruit and floral notes.
