Wine made out Sauvignon Blanc cast from the Casa de Mateus vines. The intent was to produce a fresh wine with the fresh caste aromas, that, with the staging in wood, developed a good structure that together with its freshness would ensure a great aging potential.

Manual harvest in small boxes. 80% of the batch fermented in stainless steel vats and 20% in new French oak barrels.
