Temperate southern-Mediterranean, influenced by Tejo river.
Vinification
Made from the best grapes from an old vineyard of Castelão, fermented with indigenous yeasts in maceration for 3 days, having finished the fermentation in steel vats without contact with the masses. The stage occured in small clay amphorae (140 liters each) for 12 months.
