Soil and Castes
Planted in schist-clay and loamy-sandy soils, with low productive potential, Vicentino's castes bear its best traits.
Vinification and Stage
In stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. Over fermentation less for 6 months, followed by 3 months of staging in bottle before being commercialized.
Tasting Notes
With a strong bond to the terroir of Monção, the Alvarinho expresses itself in the Vicentino respecting its roots in an elegant combination of the aromas that characterise it. The vibrant acidity and minerality lead to a long salty finish, proving its proximity to the sea.
