Planted in schist-clay and loamy-sandy soils, with low productive potential, Vicentino's castes bear its best traits.
Vinification and Stage
Fermentation in french oak 500 liter barrels, with 50% stalk. Staging of 10 months on the same barrels.
Tasting Notes
The typical aromatic elegance of the Pinor Noir caste is given by some notes resulting of French oak barrels where it fermented and staged. It’s elegant of the mouth, with a balanced acidity and a long finish.
