Vicentino Sauvignon Blanc 2015 White

The Vine and the Sea
Vicentino's castes are blessfuly located over the Alentejo coast, thriving on the Portuguese sun and the Atlantic breeze.

Soil and Castes
Planted in schist-clay and loamy-sandy soils, with low productive potential, Vicentino's castes bear its best traits.

Vinification and Stage
In stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. Over fermentation less for 6 months, followed by 3 months of staging in bottle before being commercialized.

Tasting Notes
The wine that better mirrors the symbiosis between the Atlantic, the soil and the vines it's the Vicentino Sauvignon Blanc. In this white, the proximity to the sea is reflected in a more vegetable profile associated to the caste's typical characteristics, displaying light notes of tropical fruits, balanced on the mouth by a nice acidity. This sensations persist on the mouth, in a soft and evolving tasting.
