Vinification
Manual harvest from a 30 year old vine. This is the first vine of clonal selecion of Aristo caste in Portugal. It is also the first vine of Lys conduction sistem and the fist big "horizontal" vine of the Vinho Verde region.
Wine produced from selected batches of harvests of Aristo from 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Fermentation and staging in used French oak casks.
