Vinhas do Lasso 2017 Rosé
After a careful selection of the Aragonez and Castelão grape varieties (from the more than 40 years old vine) arises this irreverent and vibrant rosé. With strawberry and currant notes, presents a seductive and involving finish. Its natural acidity and excellent volume reflects the freshness and authenticity from Lisbon region.
Geology
Clay-limeston soil, originally from the Jurassic period, with clayey and loamy texture. Soft slopes with southern exposure.
Viticulture Method
Integrated production.
Vinification
After receiving the grapes in order to prevent skin maceration the grape must was immediately separated and cooled to 5ºC. After five days in the lees and two days of decanting, gave the grape must fermentation from the Aragonez and Castelão castes at low temperature.
