Icon nose 176020a5140d2499a7f0e61d28ba9873d09e3af9dca561aeb6a91b357f650e5b Nose: Great balance between the fruit and the wood, a lot of red berries, like cherry, cramberry but also a bit o pepper and spicy aromas.
Icon mouth fe9befcc324311cf7cf9e740b28462659874ebbdc4882ef64971fe9b95382c5e Mouth: very smoth and sharp, where you can feel the fruit punch from the back to the front of the mouth. It´s a very elegant set with a medium body strength, in the end it is refreshing and yummy.
Serving Temperature: 15ºC
Goes well with: Roasted pork tenderloin in the oven; Magret of braised duck; Dory fillets and Grilled lamb chops.
