| Colour: Granada intense with violet tinge | |
Nose: Great balance between the fruit and the wood, a lot of red berries, like cherry, cramberry but also a bit o pepper and spicy aromas. |
Mouth: very smoth and sharp, where you can feel the fruit punch from the back to the front of the mouth. It´s a very elegant set with a medium body strength, in the end it is refreshing and yummy. |
| Serving Temperature: 15ºC | |
| Goes well with: Roasted pork tenderloin in the oven; Magret of braised duck; Dory fillets and Grilled lamb chops. | |
