Viúva Gomes 2009 Red
Soil
Ramisco caste, native of the region, planted in non-grafted vines on the sandy soils of Colares, creating a natural protection from external factors - phylloxera.
Climate
The closeness to the Atlantic provides high exposure to the salty sea winds. Mild temperatures with little oscillations, all year round. The frequent and concentrated fogs of the Sintra mountains keep the humidity levels always high.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless-steel, 1 year in used vats and 6 years in exotic wood vats.
